How it actually goes.
You message us with a rough date and a headcount. We come back with what the room can do on that night, and a menu built from whatever the market is good for that week.
Nothing is held until a person confirms it, and that person is usually whoever is on the bar. A deposit of half fixes the date, the rest settles on the night.
Bring your own music if you want it. We will move the plants, but only the ones on wheels.
